[To browse our past essays and other content by contributor name, visit this page.]Justin Ancheta published their latest essay, “The F-14 Tomcat Aerial Combat Guide for Parents of Children Who Stutter and Cope Through Fixation with Military Aircraft” in the Summer 2024 issue of Tahoma Literary Review. Justin is a current reader for Hippocampus Magazine’s nonfiction panel, and is working on a memoir-in-pieces using experimental CNF forms.
Morgan Baker has an essay in the anthology Moms Never Stop Worrying (or Being Brave), released in November 2024.
Ren Cedar Fuller won the 2024 August House Press Nonfiction Prize. Her book, Bigger: A Collection of Essays, will be published in the fall of 2025 and includes the essay, “Checklist for a Sign-Making Party,” which was published in Hippocampus Magazine in March 2023.
Liz Charlotte Grant’s debut nonfiction book, Knock at the Sky: Seeking God in Genesis After Losing Faith in the Bible, releases with Eerdmans in January 2025.
Penny Guisinger published a new essay, “Raptor,” in the Dec. 11, 2024 issue of Short Reads.
Brooke Randel’s debut memoir, Also Here: Love, Literacy, and the Legacy of the Holocaust was released Dec. 10, 2024, by Tortoise Books.
Peter J. Stavros’ debut novel, The Thing About My Uncle, was published in August 2024 by BHC Press.
